Last month, we mentioned that Cybermodeler Online has been completely overhauled to be mobile friendly. Indeed, the time it took to convert 35,000+ pages was time away from the bench, but it was a sound investment. Of course, Murphy's Law still has a few variables in our operating equation as I had to turn my attention from site upgrades to tax season. Won't somebody make this painful task easier instead of creating yet more clever tax code that requires another few hours with my tax software to understand and overcome? On top of that, then there is flu season, but I digress...

For those of you who are members of Amazon Prime, I want to recommend a movie that is available to view for free. 'The Battle for Sevastopol' which was produced in 2015 is a Russian language film with English subtitles about the life of Lyudmila Pavlichenko, a young Ukrainian woman with great shooting skills who joined the Red Army after the invasion in 1941 by Nazi Germany. Nicknamed 'Lady Death' by the Germans, Pavlichenko was a sniper with over 300 kills credited, and this film does a brilliant job of recreating the chaos and carnage by the German advance on Sevastopol from the perspective of the Soviet trenches.

If you missed my previous recommendation a few years ago, I also recommend 'White Tiger', another Russian film about a ghostly white Tiger tank that seems invincible before it was hunted by the Red Army Sergeant Ivan Naydenov (and his T-34/85) like Moby Dick. Filmed in 2012, this fictional film features some great armor and action recreations from the Great Patriotic War (WWII). This film is offered in English or in Russian with English subtitles.

That's all for now, go build something!

Respectfully,
Michael Benolkin
